Family and I stayed here for a week and it was the worst experience ever. The neighborhood is very old looking but it is quiet. From a distance the inside of the house is nice but , once you get up close there was marks all over the walls. Master bedroom had spiders and spider webs in each corner. There was a huge dead cockroach in the master bathroom!! Me and my family killed over five cockroaches during our stay. Keep in mind we had children with us. Then , all the toilets got stopped up which lead to a huge mess! The master bathroom became flooded that came out of the shower into the bedroom. Maintenance came and fixed it but it took over two hours. We paid over $6,500 for this place and it was most certainly a rip off. Only good thing about it was the pool for us and how close it is to Design District and other places.

The house is a very nice designed, bright friendly rooms, the big room has its own bathroom and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool is great and invites you to take a dip and to make bbq The large table in the big table invites you to dine together in the evening! The pool table is advanced especially with teenage children. If you have any questions or requests Dream villa is on line 100%. This is how a holiday goes and I recommend to book your holidays with the Dream Villas. We will come back again.

After original airbnb was cancelled with no explanation 3 hours before our flight from Texas we found this one. House was smaller than expected and in an unsafe area. Neighborhood was noisy, parking was always tight due to neighbors parking everywhere and there were gunshots every night. The house smelled horrible and l the host did was put in some candles that didn’t help. Bedsheets were stained, carpets were dirty, restrooms were dirty and full of hair and main bedroom as well as bathrooms were full of long legged spiders. Host would not refund us to find another place and did not take care of spider problem or responded about it. This was the worst place we have ever stayed in. The smell of the house was ridiculously strong smelled like dead animal and pee. The neighborhood was sketchy and super loud. You heard gunshots all night and the neighbors parked vehicles in front of the house with their trash cans right next to drive way leaving a small space to park in drive way.

We booked this for my bachelorette party and it was perfect! The location was great, the backyard/pool were great, we couldn’t have picked a better place!

My friends and I had a wonderful birthday trip. The location was perfect and the house exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend staying here. Hospitality was amazing! Next time I am in Miami i will definitely stay here again.
