Great home. Great vibes. Everything works. Customer service was all A.I. even when we called in nobody was directly managing this specific home Which was annoying. The 10am checkout wasn’t friendly to the conditions and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone to try to leave later.

Terrible customer service. We requested a late check out. They have an unreasonable 10 am check out. We had senior citizens trying to rush out and carrying luggage etc back or forth up and back the many staircases. We were given zero consideration- my request denied within minutes. Even the busiest hotel will offer a 30 min grace period. The mattresses were terrible. No one slept well. Every couple complained about the quality of the mattresses. I slept in the master on the lower level. The mattress was awful! Our feet were 6 in above our heads. We were falling into the headboard. There was NO closet space. The owners had it locked up- at the very least they should have provided a wardrobe rack for clothes, coats etc. The blinds were cheap and several didn’t work and would not close. Which means sleep was disturbed by the sun blasting you in the morning and zero privacy from people walking the trails. The “gem” of the property was the lakefront fire pit with rocking chairs for marshmallows- it was a total bust. Only half of the pit would light, the other half was just blowing propane and would not light so we were not able to use at all. The fire place on the lower floor did not work. The upper patio deck on the main floor was filthy. It took 3 people 20 min to sweep and clean before we could even use it. We spent almost $4000 for the long weekend. I rarely use Air BNB. I prefer the service and quality of a luxury hotel. Occasionally it will meet my travel needs. In this case I think our money would have been better spent at a nice hotel. Unfortunately I do not recommend. I highly encourage the home owners to fire their current 3rd party management company.

This is an amazing house! The location, the design of this home and views are second to none. Very thoughtful people as there is anything you need available. We needed batteries for our daughter’s musical night light and they had batteries! Our chef had everything needed in the kitchen and we just can’t say enough great things about this house. You will be thankful if you stay here.
