We loved being able to see and smell the ocean. Only a short walk to the rocky beach. House was very clean and organized. There was lots of room to spread out.

The house was dated. The real issue was this is working with Large out of state corporate management company. From the first moment to secure the rental we asked specific questions for our needs. When we finally got a response from the management company they said it was too late to cancel which was a large amount of money to loose. When we asked for early check in for our family event with people coming from different locations they could not give us info until an 2 hours before the regular check in time. Every request was an added fee. Which really raised the costs of the rental.The whole reason we use Airbnb is the typical great relationship with the owners. The level of service for a corporate hotel would have been easier. I would make sure future renters are aware of this before committing to renting this house. Sadly the corporate management company made our trip stressful and more expensive.

House was in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. We saw lots of deer and wild turkeys roaming around throughout the neighborhood. Short walk to the beach and plenty of on-site parking. Only a short 5 minute drive to the town of Cambria. The house decor was a little bit dated, but none the less it was spotless, clean, and cozy! The water pressure in the showers was a little low, but this was because of local drought regulations. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a spacious location close to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in this house a lot. The place was quite clean. Our son had endless fun with the multi-room audio system. We also liked all the other cool and thoughtful stuff in the house, including the in-glass-pane blinds, the board games, the microprocessor poster in the garage, the beach toys and chairs, etc. Several good restaurants in Cambria downtown are less than 10 minutes drive. Rocky coastline is walking distance from the house. Beaches are within a few minutes drive. The only problem we encountered was that the master bed was creaky. Hopefully it will be fixed or replaced by the owners.
