best hotel for business trip stay. kotak office was walkable distance. the address was they mention is exact same. And if I talk about the Mr.sunil manager behavior, it was highly professional. The food was good.Highly Recommended to Business Traveler you want to stay In goregaon and Malad area

The rooms are wonderful and clean. Mr.Ramesh is a wonderful caretaker and his food tastes amazing and hygienic. All round the clock he and his team took care of us really well. Our one days of stay was peaceful and homely at hotel I really liked the place.

I am sure after mentioning all the details about how terrible the stay and Host responses were. The host will try to to say I am trying to get refund or something to benefit out of it. Well, no customer would want to pay for the service that was never asked for in the first place. We all work hard for ourselves to only make a great living. The host did not respond for a very long time. I wasted half of my day to get the booking. I had to locate the place somehow with all my luggage. Even after getting the place finally I was not sent any instructions about the place. I contacted the host to help me with the address details and I was told to check with the helper about it. Never seen such a lazy Host who is not interested in his work. You should rather not do stays when you can't handle it in the first place. It was a bummer for the price that was paid. The door lock was broken. All that we were relying on was the latch. Which looked so fragile that one push and it would break.
