Well known quiet, established upscale (upper middle class) neighborhood with great neighbors and spacious front and backyards. Next door neighbor is our beloved county Sheriff. The property is conveniently located at a cul-de-sac about a mile from downtown Lexington and 11 miles from Columbia with easy access to I-20. Shopping is within 8 minutes drive. It’s a great and safe neighborhood for strolling or jogging with sidewalks.

You will need a car to move around. There is no public transportation available. Because the area is located in a suburb of Columbia SC, and new lanes were added to I-20 highway, the ride to and from Columbia doesn’t take too long (20min) and less stressful even during the rush hour. My kid described the neighborhood as “…just like in a typical American movie.”
