We had to book the very last moment for the Eclipse. Our previous AirBnb cancelled while we were on the plane to Dallas due to a sewer back up. We picked Dunyha and immediately drove there. By the time we arrived (25 minutes) our host had sent all the appropriate codes! This is a duplex in an area of gentrification in heart of Dallas. Felt very safe and walkable. Kroger's and Target 3 minutes by car. We did not eat out since there were 9 of us. Kitchen was well supplied. Two huge fridge-freezer units. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom was a big plus. The great room/kitchen was roomy enough for all of us. Beds were good. We had to have codes for gate into yard/ grage door/ and house, which was a little cumbersome, but felt very safe. We found a gorgeous park 1/2 mile away with indoor bathroom and play area, to view the Eclipse. Downtown Dallas is 5 minutes away, also close to the aquarium, zoo, and not too far from the Rangers ballpark.

There was a mix up during our arrival and the side of the duplex we booked was occupied, but the host promptly responded and accommodated us on the other side of the duplex and changed the door code per our request. The home was clean and has great storage/closets in the bedrooms. The kitchen island is massive and was perfect for serving dinner/snacks. It did not have a sofa bed as listed, but there were two foam fold out mattresses. The mattress we used was comfortable, but there were no additional linens—The host did accommodate a refund for this. It was nice to be able to park in the garage, and the home was easy to get to and close to all of our plans for the weekend! We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs patio. Although there were a few hiccups, we were overall pleased with our stay and the host was quick to communicate with us during our check-in issues!

Brand new home in up and coming area. Neighborhood is still being developed with a mix of brand new developments and plenty of older places. Neighborhood seemed safe but not vibrant. House was clean and new and big.
