I have been staying at Airbnbs for 7 years, never have I come across an Airbnb this dirty, broken items, hardly any cooking implements. I cant recommend this Airbnb apartment. The photos are self explanatory.

The unit was well located on Morphett St great location near to Shops, Restaurants and Pubs, however had to go a couple of streets away to pick up keys from lockbox which didn't have the Garage Fob in it. Maybe during the day this would be ok but arrived late at night and so there was no nearby parking and no replies to messages sent that night and this was an issue unpacking my vehicle and lugging all our stuff to the unit. Unit was on the 15th floor good views of the City, overall the unit was clean but quite a few stains on the carpet, one of the outside chairs was broken, spent a few days messaging back and forth waiting for the garage fob to have a new battery or be fixed and was promised it would be delivered, which never arrived, so i gave up asking for it. Overall the customer service was pretty non existent i have stayed at this location (not at this Airbnb unit) many times before and this is the first time i have had issues and had to get keys off site, wouldn't come back.

Amazing stay with beautiful view of the city felt right at home, everything was well organised and clean! will definitely be coming back!!
