Andrea è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile, abbiamo trascorso un weekend rilassante e piacevole nella sua casa. La proprietà è grande, con un bel giardino e un bel patio per rilassarsi, mangiare e fare una grigliata. Anche la piscina molto bella e con una vista stupenda. Torneremo sicuramente!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis chez Andrea ! La maison est magnifique, sans compter la vue extraordinaire aussi bien de la maison que de la piscine, dans un endroit paisible. Andrea nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous dès le premier jour.

Andrea is an excellent host, helpful and kind. He truly put his heart into this unique place and it shows. Podere Cesira was the perfect location for our group gathering, and the view truly lived up to Clauzetto's "Balcone del Friuli" title. Wonderful.

Very disappointed with this place. It's old creepy and not clean. The toilets were dirty. Hair found in all the beds. If they were washed hair would not be there. Eyelashes, long hair, and then a weird looking soiled stain in one of the sheets. The laundry room floor was dirty. The kitchen table and the kitchen sink were all dirty. Really it didn't look like this place was cleaned after the last tenants left. To make matters worse, the house was very hot and no fans are available from the host. Bugs were everywhere in the home including big spiders. The roof on the top level is sealed with Styrofoam. Seriously, it was sealed with gas station cooler Styrofoam material. The beds were very short from head to toe. My 6'1'' son couldn't even sleep in the bed because it was too small. Upon arrival we decided we were leaving. Unfortunately my son got sick running a fever so we had to leave immediately to get him to some place cool and get him some medication. I didn't have time to explain the uncleanliness of the home to the host because my son was the priority not the dirty creepy home we were so happy to leave. I did address it with him through Airbnb the next morning. The host also threatened to tell the commander at Aviano AB about this experience. Please tell him/her that we left your dirty home. No one wants to sleep in dirty sheets, poop spots in dirty toilets, or have family members terrified of huge spiders. I'll never rent an Airbnb again based off this experience as they did nothing to resolve this issue. They took my hard earned money and did nothing to resolve this issue. Costly lesson learned the hard way. The host was nice at first, then he said I made all that I've reported up. I have no reason to lie about this. I've traveled all over Europe and this is by far my worst experience.
