We arrived to a very dirty accommodation. Baljit sent a person to address our concerns but he did not seem to agree. I bought my own cleaning supplies and borrowed a vacuum just to make our stay more comfortable. Towels were stained and worn - did not live up to the Luxurious description on the Airbnb website. At a minimum the cleaning fee should have been refunded. If you like a clean accommodation do not book this house.

Host was very responsive. The home is in a nice safe quiet community. The home is new and spacious. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The home was not cleaned adequately in our opinion or to our standards (fridge, floors, showers etc) and we had many many ants in the kitchen and strangely enough ladybugs in most of the other areas of the home. The TV was a challenge to operate and there were no instructions or greeting binder in the home for any specific operations. The stove had a red (burner on) red light that we could not get to go off. So my wife was a little uncomfortable. There were no towels in the bathrooms and we finally found them in a second floor linen closet and they were mostly dingy and old and insufficient for a 3 bath and 6 bedroom home. There were only two hand towels and no facecloths. We relayed the concerns and the host responded immediately that he would send a cleaner over the next day but that’s awkward as we had already moved in.

Very spacious accommodations, and the host was quick to respond with any questions we had. Would recommend.
