Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay at Darrel’s place. We both felt home straight away. Very clean and well maintained. When we were out and about my daughter always asked to go back to the house 🙃 We both loved feeding the birds in the morning and the evening, we might have spoilt them a bit 🤭 Darrel was very friendly and helpful with helping us out using the public transport, as I couldn’t use the DiDi or Uber with my 5year old daughter. It is in a very peaceful area, and it is worth to take the hike up to Mount Taylor. It took us less than 1h30 min from the house to walk up and go back again. It has some beautiful views! There is just 1 thing I missed and that is some comfortable or relaxing outdoor furniture or even a small little table with chairs to enjoy the breakfast in the sun. As we were spoilt with some great autumn weather and the unit has a nice little backyard. We had a great stay and for sure will keep this place in mind for a next trip to Canberra!

Hands down the nicest airbnb I’ve stayed at in years. The owners have put so much thoughtfulness and consideration into the guest experience. This is what airbnb should be all about. Absolutely loved the accommodation and can’t wait to come back again.

The place was perfect and had everything we needed. Very peaceful at night and the complimentary breakfast items were great. Darrell was super helpful and even popped out to get the BBQ working. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we're back in the area.
