Nice private groound floor room suite with private back entrance in town home complex. About 10-15 mins drive from King George SkyTrain in Surrey.

constant complaining the whole time. Shouldn't rent if they do not like noise or the inconvenience of a guest

The room itself was nice but the washroom was very very small. Overall the place wasn’t as big as it looked in the photos either. The parking situation was extremely terrible we have to look around for atleast 20 minutes before finding a spot which was usually further from the stay. It was also very loud and unpleasant during the day time since you could hear the tenants upstairs constantly. Over all - the room itself wasn’t bad at all but many other factors left us unsatisfied.
