Located at the very heart of the city of Chania, in a beautiful neighborhood, just a breath away from the old Venetian port and the old town, the most important sights, the central bus station, the market, the nightlife and the sea, our apartment can become your perfect base for you to explore the beauties of Chania! It can host up to 4 guests and it is ideal for individuals who visit Chania for leisure or business, friends, couples & families. The apartment was renovated in early 2022. It is sunlit & well-ventilated. Air-conditioning is provided both in the bedrooms and the single area of the apartment. It has 2 balconies; the eastern balcony has a beautiful view at a park and partial view to the sea and the mountains & the western balcony has a view of the historical church of Agios Konstantinos. The 1st bedroom has a king-size bed >180cm and the 2nd bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds >90cm that can be united as well. Upon request, a baby-cot can be provided for free. The modern bathroom incudes a shower-bath, a washing machine, a hairdryer and an iron. The single-space (living room & kitchen) offers great views at the nearby park and incudes a 43’’ Smart TV, dining table and a cozy sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an electric stove, microwave, fridge, boiler and Nespresso machine. High-speed Wi-Fi Internet is provided as well.

Eleftherios est un hôte accueillant et très réactif à nos demandes. Il nous a conseillé des beaux lieux à visiter et restaurants. L'appartement est fidèle à la description et nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis à l'aise. Il est baigné de lumière, est équipé de moustiquaires aux fenêtres et il y a la climatisation dans toutes les pièces. À pied, il est situé à 5 minutes de la vieille ville et d'un supermarché. La première plage se trouve à moins de 10 minutes. Comme l'appartement se situe en ville, il peut être compliqué de se stationner dans la rue. Mais un parking gratuit est à moins de 400 mètres. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et serions ravis d'y séjourner à nouveau.
We are very satisfied with our stay and with the value. Clean modern spacious apartment with comfy beds. Great hosts: proactive, caring and communicative. Convenient location in a residential neighborhood across from the park yet a short walk away from a beach, Venetian harbor and the old town. Highly recommend this rental.
Beautiful modern apartment. Great location. Had a very relaxing stay and really appreciated Lefteris being an outstanding host! Definitely would stay here again on our next visit!

The apartment is in a great location ideally situated between the town and beach areas with the added benefit of the Thursday fruit and vegetable market being right outside. We found the apartment to be modern, clean and spacious for the two of us. Lefteris himself was very welcoming, warm, friendly and always forthcoming with local knowledge and advice not to mention his explanation of the Greek way of slowly-slowly! Efharisto

- enjoy local food & fresh fish at the fish-restaurants of Nea Chora in front of the small harbor and the golden sand beach by the sunset
- travel to the entire island from the central bus station
- visit historical monuments like the Venetian city-walls or the Egyptian lighthouse
- rent bicycles from the nearest municipal bicycle station
- reach mini-markets, super-markets, bakeries, patisseries, restaurants, pharmacies, hair salons, gyms

Γεια σας! Είμαι ο Λευτέρης και μαζί με την γυναίκα μου Κατερίνα, χαιρόμαστε που θα σας γνωρίσουμε και θα σας φιλοξενήσουμε στο διαμέρισμά μας στα Χανιά! Μας αρέσουν πολύ τα ταξίδια και έχουμε κάνει αρκετά σε πολλές περιοχές του κόσμου! Εκτός από τα ταξίδια που είναι και η κοινή μας αγάπη, στη Κατερίνα αρέσει πολύ το καλό «σπιτικό» φαγητό και η απόλαυση που χαρίζει ένα δροσερό ποτό ή cocktail με τις φίλες της και σε εμένα μου αρέσουν οι υπαίθριες δραστηριότητες και η ιστορία! Ο συνδυασμός των παραπάνω μας επιτρέπει να μπορούμε να σας κάνουμε προτάσεις για φαγητό ή ποτό τόσο εντός της πόλης όσο και εκτός και εφόσον είστε και εσείς λάτρεις της φύσης, της ιστορίας και της περιπέτειας μπορώ να σας προτείνω μια ευρεία γκάμα επιλογών ώστε από τις οποίες θα μπορείτε να επιλέξετε για να κάνετε τη διαμονή σας στα Χανιά αξέχαστη!
