House is very cute! We stayed for 7 nights and this place was the perfect fit for us. The block is quiet/peaceful and easily walkable to bars, restaurants, etc.. The front porch was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee! We didn't utilize the backyard as much as intended given the on and off rain, but it is nice sized with heavy-duty Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. The charcoal grill came in handy and there was charcoal available for us to use, as well. Hosts were extremely responsive from pre-booking through check-out. We look forward to booking with them again in the future!

Super sweet bungalow! Lovely neighborhood- we were super pleased to have lucked upon Porch Fest during the weekend for a super enjoyable way to experience the community! Love the community and the home fits right in! Very walkable and lots to do!

Couldn’t have been a better spot for us. Cooper Young is a nice neighborhood and easily accessible to everywhere by car. We rented e-bikes and had delightful rides in Shelby Farm Park and Overton Park. Listened to music and ate lots of barbecue. A little disappointed that Central BBQ in the hood was razed but it will return. Memphis is a good town. We had a blast and this house made us feel like locals! Thanks Kevin and Holly. All of your special touches were very appreciated and the place was well appointed. If I’m ever back to Memphis that’s where I’m going!

We LOVED this place. It is adorable, super clean and comfy. Holly thought of everything -- from darling cookies and fresh flowers to plenty of chargers and little creamers to go with the kcups. We just wish we'd had more time while in Memphis to be in the house! Will be back for sure.
