This modern flat is located in a quiet road in the center of Fanano, a beautiful medieval village. You will enjoy a wonderful view over the valley, just sitting on the balcony. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday away from the busy touristic places, this modern and fully equipped flat is exactly what you need! How much is the stay? The rental cost for 5 guests + final cleaning paid at the check-in (€ 40) From October till the end of April the cost of the heating is calculated separately This 100 sqm flat is at the 2nd floor and is perfect for a couple or a family; one double room, one double room with 2 bunk beds with stairs, 1 single room, modern kitchen, large living room with 2 sofas, bathroom with 2 sinks, a terrace with panoramic view. For your comfort, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking pans, coffee machine and even has a dishwasher. A small laundry is equipped with sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. A private parking is included.

L'appartamento è spazioso e.pulito. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in 5 in Agosto ed abbiamo trovato gli spazi comodi per tutti e ben arredati. La posizione è comoda per arrivare a piedi in paese a Fanano ed anche per raggiungere molti sentieri ed i luoghi piú conosciuti. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una piacevole sorpresa, un cestino di benvenuto con prodotti locali ottimi. Anche la comunocazione con Emanuela é stata sempre veloce ed efficace. Ringrazio ancora Emanuela per lo splendido soggiorno!

This apartment was delightful, it was so much nicer than the pictures we saw on the internet! The location close to the center of Fanano , but far enough away so that it was peaceful and quiet, was ideal. The children's room with the stairs up to the bunk beds was delightful, and we really enjoyed the view from the full balcony.
