Had a great stay at Marie’s. Really friendly hosts, made me feel very welcome. I would recommend this place to everyone who is planning to visit Stafford and is looking for a place to stay.

We had a short but sweet stay with Marie and her husband. It was a wonderful, stress free and relaxed stay. The hosts couldn't make us more comfortable and let us check in early as we were exhausted from our day. Many thanks!!

After a lovely day visiting with family nearby it was great to be greeted by Marie who settled us in and made us feel right at home our apartment. My daughter and I enjoyed looking through some of the classic children’s books available and playing dominoes. We set up a travel cot in the 2nd bedroom/living area for my son and both children slept well - my daughter excitedly commented ‘no train noise!’ in the morning as we live next to a railway at home. We did pop a blanket over the window blind to make the room darker for them as otherwise it was quite bright to try and sleep. The main bed was very comfortable with lovely soft pillows and bedding. The garden to the front is absolutely lovely with a wonderful view of the river plus several areas you could sit and enjoy the peaceful surrounds. The kitchen had everything we needed and kindly stocked with a few basics. Absolutely perfect for our one night stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
