The room was basement but it is still open to the air as it is just half of basement. Positive side is the temperature is ok in the room, not too cold. I move to sleep at the living room as the heater is working and it is very good. We are so happy with the surroundings as well. The location is very good for peaceful areas and it is not too far from Interlaken OST/West. Thank you Neil for nice apartment.

Location: Easily accessible to Lauterbrunnen, Grindewald and Interlaken by train. Train frequency is about every 30min but all is under control with good time management. The house is just 3min away from station. There are 2 grocery stores nearby. Amenities: Kitchen appliances is good enough for you to cook pasta. Washing machine is clean and available to use with small fee. Basic toiletries is provided. Cleanliness: Very well-maintained property and clean bed. Host: Very responsive and friendly. He also very helpful. Host also provided us the interlaken tourist card or guest card which allow you to get discounted price for certain attractions entrance fee not covered with swiss travel pass. Overall: We had a comfortable stay. Thank you Neil :)

Cute place and great location in Wilderswil. Convenient to public transportation and local grocery stores. Lovely and peaceful location.

Good location. Quiet and clean apartment in half basement. Neil allowed early checking in. The thing need to improve is internet signal .
