Villa Kardiani is located in the beautiful traditional village of Kardiani, just 2 km from the beach of Kalyvia and 15 km from the port and town of Tinos. Split on three levels, this spacious house is fully equipped with all modern comforts and it can accommodate up to 4 adults, plus 1 child up to 12 years old. A very clean organised place with lovely quiet calming vibe. Good attention to detail- decor & quality linen. It felt generous both in the food that was left for our breakfasts and store cupboard ingredients, dishwasher tablets, soap etc. The location is 15 min drive from 2 beaches & most things are accessible within 30 minutes of the village & are doable without 4x4. We found having 2 restaurants in the village (1 next door) really helpful as they are not roads I’d want to drive at night. Downside. I wouldn’t want to have taken very young kids (6+ fine) as there are a couple of risky drops so would need to be vigilant inside and outside the house including from the sitting room main windows
This truly is a spectacular Airbnb. If we could give this 10 stars, we would. The view from the living room window is so gorgeous it’s hard to leave the house. I can’t imagine a more idyllic spot in Tinos to have a coffee or glass of wine. On top of this, there is a roof deck! Kardiani is really beautiful, the location lends itself to feeling as you are part of the village, and the design is gorgeous. Linens, robes, and bath products are lovely. I wish my kitchen had a marble sink, stately glass range, espresso machine, etc. Other highlights of our stay included personal touches like the hosts’ personal greeting and gracious help to secure a parking spot when we arrived, island recs, lovely daily breakfast, and chocolates by the bedside that were so delicious we went to find the patisserie to bring them home as gifts. This booking really made our experience in Tinos so special. Our sincere thanks.
Christina’s apartment is a little gem tucked in the most charming village in Tinos. Every detail is perfect from the flower arrangement to the breakfast basket fully stocked with local delicacies, to the local recommendations and tips. Amazing place!
We had a wonderful week in the villa. Everything was just perfect. The house, the view, breakfast..... The Kardiani village is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen in Greece. And I have bean around. Christinas mother (a real lady) was very helpful with some great tips about Tinos . All in all .... we will be back

The traditional village of Kardiani is located at the South West coast of Tinos island. Kardiani with its green areas and plenty of running waters, is built on the mountainside of Pateles. The village is inhabited by orthodox and of catholics who have been living together harmoniously over the centuries. Less than 3 km you can reach beautiful sandy beaches: Kalyvia beach, Agios Petros and Ormos Giannaki.
