At first, I was hesitant to book this place because I thought it was too old due to the pictures uploaded. However, since I'm looking for a house with a parking. I read the review and most of them enjoyed their stay in this listing. So I booked it, and when we got there, BOOM! It was so spacious both IN and OUT! They also offer us to check in as early as we want since there is no guest upon our check in date plus additional 2 hours for our check out.

Great location if you want a peaceful place outside the city. Nice view of mountain side. Fresh air. Very spacious area. You can even park right at the doorstep. Very near of some famous tourist destinations. Locally cooked foods can be purchased at nearby areas. Clean and organized house. Ample room space. Ideal for couple and 2 kids. Big bathroom with sufficient water supply. Comfortable sofa. Strong internet connection. Opportunity for improvement are dull knife blades and non smooth opening and closing of masters bedroom door. We enjoyed our stay. It will be one of our favorites place to stay in Baguio. Thank you sir and to your staffs!

The perfect place for R&R if you just want to relax, rest and escape the unbearable heat in the metro during these summer months. I also would like to thank the caretaker, Elsa, for being so attentive to our needs. Herminio's cottage is definitely worth the price we paid. As for the downsides, the cottage is right beside the main thoroughfare so be prepared to hear the noise of vehicles beginning 5am. Chatter and noise from neighbors csn also be noisy at times, but those are outside of host's control. I will definitely make this our regular host when in baguio for the future and for as long as the maintenance of the cottage is kept up.

The place is beautiful, relaxing, and very cozy. It exudes that mountain place and laid-back feeling that we love about the old Baguio. The house itself is nice, spacious, and neat. Every nook and cranny of the house was clean. We especially loved the enormous garden lawn. The internet was pretty stable and strong, which we liked. The water pressure from the bathroom shower was good enough for us. The hosts were accommodating and responsive to our requests. There is a laundromat a few meters away where you can have your clothes washed, especially if you're staying here for quite some time. There's also a nearby small grocery store. It's also an easy drive from the city proper to this place. It's beyond the outskirts of the city but that extra drive is soo worth it, especially if you're a nature lover. We've been to Baguio countless times before but this is the most memorable one yet because we stayed in this beautiful place. We can't wait to go back and stay here again.

it was a perfect place to celebrate my birthday. malaki yung house for us 3 adults and 1 kid. pet friendly-we brought our 2 pet dogs as well. the location is near attractions and easy to find too. highly recommended.
