Nous avons apprécié le logement. Il est tel que décrit, beau cottage situé dans la montagne. Vue magnifique et stationnement privé inclut. Claudia est disponible pour quoi que ce soit et accueillante. Choses bonnes à savoir; c’est plus pratique avec une voiture et le logement est sur deux étages non communiquants (pour un court séjour ce n’est pas un problème).

Claudia und ihr Mann Antonio sind perfekte Gastgeber: zuverlässig, großzügig, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie haben uns mit einem Gastgeschenk empfangen und uns wertvolle detaillierte Vorschläge für Wanderungen und Exkursionen gemacht. Vieles davon haben wir umgesetzt, da wir mit eigenem PKW unterwegs waren, was sich als nützlich erwies. Julia‘s Cottage ist zwar klein, aber fein: mit grandiosem Ausblick auf den Golf von Sorrent und auf den Vesuv - die geografische Lage ist unschlagbar -, in einem großen Terrain gelegen und unter hohen Bäumen, die wohltuenden Schatten spenden. Auf der oberhalb des Terrains vorbeiführenden Staatsstraße hört der nur am Wochenende etwas stärkere Verkehr abends auf, und es wird herrlich ruhig. Dann auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und in den Sonnenuntergangs-Himmel Richtung Vesuv oder Monte Faito zu schauen, ist ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Alles in allem: wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne bald wieder. A presto…

Claudia’s place is a gem! The cottage had everything we needed for our 6 day stay! The cottage was pristine, fresh quality linens, comfy bed, well stocked kitchen and we were able to watch some tv. The view overlooking Sorrento was spectacular! It was even better than her photos! The little town was pretty. Shopping in Sorrento was the best we’ve had thus far. Best selection and prices on the whole Amalfi coast. We took day trips to most of the villages up to and including Capri. Claudia and her husband are the kindest most accommodating hosts we’ve ever had (we have rented approx 20 over the past 5 years). They are forever in our hearts 💕 We highly recommend this experience! It was our highlight of our three weeks travelling from Venice to Amalfi!

From start to finish Claudia was extremely responsive, she was very upfront about the public transport being busy. When we arrived she took the time to point out points of interest on the map and even took us to the supermarket for some supplies, pointing out places of interest for us. She gave us the contact of a trustworthy taxi driver who we used a few times with ease. Claudia maintained contact throughout the stay checking we were okay even dropping off some cakes. I highly recommend Claudia’s place for an affordable place to stay in sorrento, it’s better suited for those who have their own transport or during during less busy seasons - overall a fantastic stay!

Die Unterkunft entsprach ganz der Beschreibung und den Abbildungen. Claudia ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, der Empfang war sehr herzlich, als Willkommensgruß erhielten wir Pasta, Prosecco und ein Apperitivgetränk. Claudia hat bereits im Vorfeld Kontakt bzgl. stressfreier Anreise mit uns aufgenommen und gab uns bei Ankunft wertvolle Tips zur Erkundung der Umgebung incl. Reiseführer und Landkarten. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend, herrlicher Blick über den gesamten Golf von Neapel. Das Haus ist klein, man hat jedoch alles was man braucht. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Tatsache, dass man von der Dusche im Erdgeschoss nur über die Aussentreppe ins Schlafzimmer kommt. Die Unterkunft ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!
