Good points: clean house, lovely view, super BBQ and pool. But: the owner appears very anxious. Doubt he's ill-intentioned, but did severely impact our privacy. Active CCTV around the outside of the house (including over the pool). He kept visiting (or saying he was until we said no) to collect his car or perform unnecessary "maintenance". Not allowed to use garage despite being included in listing. Rules on posters everywhere and bombarded by whats-app (mostly about not using the A/C). Fines for using the A/C for more than 5 hours per day although it only worked in some rooms anyway! Water system makes terrible noises, especially at night. Outdoor w/c door broken (trapped someone inside). Poorly equipped kitchen - minimal utensils, broken chopping board not replaced until last day. Salt/oil only provided when we complained. Coffee machine (see Bruno's review) removed before we arrived/not replaced. Could be fantastic, but needs different attitude from owner and agents.

I’ve used Airbnb for +7 years, this is the first time we had access to only part of a property. 2 whole floors were not accessible, including the master bedroom at the top floor and a gym/sauna on the ground floor. Amenities didn’t match basic standards (not enough sun beds, no coffee machine, no shower gel…). On top of that, the owner came to the house nearly everyday (AM and PM) for “pool maintenance”. Positive notes: Victoria from Imoswiss was lovely and responsive regarding checkin. The view is nice.

Espectacular vivienda con vistas e infraestructura. Interiores y exteriores muy bien cuidados y limpios y ordenados. Comunicación fácil y resolutiva. Una muy buena experiencia

Amazing villa . Great views over the sea and 15 min walk to beach and restaurants and local shops . Lovely pool area. Bus into Malaga bus stop 2 mins away takes about 25 mins .
