Good place to stay, very beautiful and quaint place with lots of wooden structures. Photogenic. Parents loved it! Some points to be aware: 1) The villa is quite small, so the stairs up to the sleeping deck is a bit steep, so be warned if you do come with elderly people (falling risk etc) 2) The car park is on the smaller side but there is an alternative car park provided, was explained on this by the person in charge, no big issue 3) Jacuzzi provided is just a pool with some jets, set your expectations accordingly. It is worth the price you paid so don’t expect some high end heated jacuzzi etc 4) Room was very clean, and beds/pillows given were very comfortable 5) The road heading towards the villa is on the smaller side, do be warned if you are driving a wider vehicle (might risk some scratches if you happen to rub against some tree branches) but generally it should be more than ok 6) Breakfast was provided and the owner is super accommodating in providing alternatives

Norul proves to be an exceptional host, and this chalet feels like a concealed treasure within the city. It exudes charm, and our stay was immensely enjoyable. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the delightful breakfast served in a basket, featuring local delicacies, awaiting you each morning in the jacuzzi area. This experience is truly remarkable, and I'm eager to return in the future.

Ms Norul gives a proper detail to check in, and with help of the villa housekeeper Ms Mazni, it was easy for us. The Heliconia chalet is amazing, it was near to the main road access, but also gives us privacy. It feels like home, me and my spouse enjoy it very much! Looking forward to stay again in the future! Recommended for those who are looking for privacy, ease of access, sightseeing and eateries in Kuala Terengganu, and most importantly time to relax with family. Thank you Ms Norul and Ms Mazni for the hospitalities, forgot to mention on delicious nasi dagang for breakfast!

we love d villa esp my kids. it was beautiful, felt like a fairy tale house, the breakfast served was beautifully decorated. everyone involved make effort to give their best service
