This a gem! Very secluded getaway on a beautiful stretch of private beach in Dana Point. It was so delightful to fall asleep and wake up to sounds of the Pacific waves. Every amenity was as described, and Alex went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable, even the bunk beds. There were plenty of toys for our kids to play with. Water pressure was amazing! All expectations were met or exceeded. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to return soon.

Alex was an incredible host. We had to delay our trip by 1 day due to our children being sick and Alex allowed us to stay an extra day at no charge. Luckily it was available that extra day. Alex was extremely accommodating and courteous in all of his communications. He actually seemed to care about us and ensured we’d enjoy our stay. We’d definitely stay here again. Sleeping with the window cracked is a must if possible. The sounds of the ocean will absolutely lull you to sleep on the super comfy beds.

This place is right on the water with a beautiful living space that opens to the ocean frontage (providing indoor outdoor living). Spectacular!!! We celebrated a small intimate wedding with our family and this was outstanding. Great place to create memories with family and loved ones. We give a 5 star rating and will re book. The house is incredible location and very comfortable. Alex is the best host. He is extremely friendly and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We ended up staying during hurricane kay which limited our beach time but Alex went above and beyond to make our trip special. The house is in an gated and quiet community. We look forward to staying here again.
