We had an amazing stay at Elsa's 2 bedroom suite over the holidays. The rooms were very well maintained, comfortable beds and spacious interior.

The unit is at the St. Regis hotel in NYC and it’s like checking into the hotel upon arrival. You are essentially in an hotel suite, except you booked it through AirBnB and likely paid a lot less than what the St. Regis would charge you if you booked directly with them or Marriott. This is an actual 5-star hotel stay, so you can book with confidence. You do all your communication with Elisa via AirBnB until the moment you check in, and then it’s through the hotel like any other guest. Elisa was great, friendly and helpful with all our questions. If you need hotel services, such as a restaurant reservation or a car to/from the airport, the hotel concierge will manage this for you, in the same manner as they do for any other hotel guest.

My family spent the long weekend in NYC stying at Elisa’s. The residence within the the St Regis is as advertised. It is a beautiful space. The apartment is 2 large bedrooms with an expansive, comfortable living area that was perfect for our family of 5 One downside of our experience was at check in. The check in was delayed due to a late cleaning of our apartment. The hotel staff came up with multiple excuses / reasons as to what was going on. This after we arrived to the hotel early (approx 1.30 pm) and were told the room wasn’t ready but would be available by advertised check in time - 4.00pm. The process after a day of travel was very frustrating and not something one would expect from a hotel like St Regis. The check in process aside I highly recommend this apartment. It is everything you could ask for, and is in a great location.
