Empresa Gestora de Viviendas Turísticas (EGVT - 1034-A) ¡Hola!. Nací en Madrid. Me trasladé a la provincia de Alicante en el año 2000. Previamente viví, estudié y trabajé en Manhattan (N. York) durante varios años. Desde el 2006 tengo el privilegio de vivir en el centro de Alicante disfrutando del mar y los rincones especiales de ésta pequeña ciudad “de bolsillo” donde todo está al alcance de la mano. Me encanta el mar y pasear con mi simpática y cariñosa perrita Mika. Si lo desean, Mika y yo les podríamos acompañar en un pequeño paseo y enseñarles los bonitos alrededores de la vivienda. Será un placer atenderles durante su estancia. Soy autónoma y gestiono el alquiler turístico de viviendas en el centro de Alicante bajo el nombre de "Morasol City-Alicante" también. Se recuerda a l@s clientes que las viviendas no son hoteles, que están ubicadas en edificios residenciales donde reside gente que trabaja, madruga, estudia, o hay personas mayores o niños que pudieran estar enfermas o necesiten descanso. My name is Teresa Morales. Born in Madrid, I spent a number of years studying, working and living in New York City. In 2006 I moved to Alicante and have been here ever since. I like the sea, and love taking long walks with my adorable dog Mika (whenever she is up to it) in the many charming neighborhoods Alicante has to offer. I will gladly assist you and show you around during your stay. I'm self-employed and manage properties holiday rentals downtown Alicante under the name of "Morasol City-Alicante" as well. Guests are reminded that the properties are not hotels, which are located in residential buildings where people may work, get up early, study, or there are elderly people or children who may be sick or need rest reside. Therefore, guests will be asked to respect the basic rules of coexistence, such as - Lower the volume of noise, voice and TV between 12 midnight and 8 o'clock the morning - Not using the washing machine after 10:00 p.m. - Not shaking the towels with beach sand through the windows - As well as reporting any inconvenience guests may have coming from the neighbors or within the building.
