pros: rustic, beautiful scenery of Mt Pundaquit, clean and basic, friendly staff Espi, 20-30 mins walk to Linasen falls. if u want a quiet place where all u want to hear are the birds chirping, squacks of swans, and all senses from the nature itself.... far from the barrio this is the place to stay. cons: rough road going there (LGU still developing it), erratic but almost fine Globe internet connection. DITO internet- no internet connection

✔️Affordable ✔️Quiet place to relax (recommended kung talagang gusto mo ng tahimik at malayo sa kabihasnan na place) ✔️Sobrang bait ng Caretakers maasikaso sila ✔️Mabait si Carlo nung sinabi kong maglelate check out sana ako pumayag sya agad ❌Grabe yung Rough Road not recommended for Seniors or PWD (Di kaya ng SEDAN kahit SUV mahihirapan) di nabanggit sa listing na ganun kalala. Pwedeng magpark sa labasan pero may bayad, ang tricycle papasok sa loob ay 200pesos ganun din pag lalabas ka which is sobrang mahal (note wala pang 1km yun papasok) Sana mag lagay sila ng pictures ng status ng dadaanan para hindi magulat yung magstay ❌Malayo sa kainan ❌Malayo sa beach ❌Napacancel kami ng wala sa oras kasi talagang mahihirapan ka mag labas pasok sa area. it's near the meeting place at Megan's resort. a little bit rough road going inside the place. the place is good very peaceful. it's better to have your kitchen inside the house to do things easily. ate espi is very helpful and her family.

Idid not stay here as it was ridiculous..the place was a dirty shack...they lied about the location..and made sure they didn't put the real address...its one hour walk to the beach...dont drive there...my car didn't make it back from there...and I would not suggest you drive a car there...im trying to cancel and get a refund. but nothing yet from the host or air b and b. the host says he will refund but have not replied since
