See also our list of additional services, which will elevate your experience in our city. The apartment is located on Saraiva de Carvalho Street and was named "Guindais". Guindais was originally named after an old wharf that disappeared in 1940. It is also the name of the funicular and the famous stairs that give access to the riverside area. The building of the apartment Guindais, dates back to the 30's, retaining its original structure and facades, as well as an elevator of the era - presenting itself as one of the most interesting features of the building. Ideal for couples who prefer to stay in the heart of the city.
Im großen und ganzen gibt es nichts auszusetzen.. Man muss sich bewusst sein das es nicht die ruhigste Gegend ist, aber dafür gibt es viele Sachen im direkten Umfeld zu sehen.
The place was near perfect! Well equipped kitchen, nice bed. But not anything “out of the ordinary” + you are ensured you have the place from 17, and the office closes at 18, leaving you very little time to receive potential stuff. Not a big thing, just something to keep in mind
Erg tevreden over ons verblijf in deze accommodatie! De locatie is ideaal en het appartement is voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Wel hadden we graag halverwege ons verblijf (van 5 dagen) schone handdoeken gehad, maar dit hadden we zelf ook kunnen vragen. Daarnaast was het erg vochtig in de kamer, maar het was te warm om de verwarming aan te doen en te koel om de airco aan te zetten. Al met al wel zeker een fijn verblijf en een aanrader!
Fantastic location and good stay at the apartment ! The staff was responsive when we had an issue and got things resolved quickly.
Logement idéalement situé dans le quartier historique, distance à pied de 10/15 minutes de beaucoup de monuments et attractions touristiques. 2 min à pied de la gare Sao Bento. Gros inconvenient : extrêmement bruyant jour et nuit. L’appartement donne sur une rue très passante (même les bus touristiques) et l’immeuble est mal insonorisé. Si vous comptez vous reposer c’est raté. Pour simplement y dormir, ca passe. On a vraiment eu de la difficulté à entrer dans l’appartement avec le système de clé électronique mais l’agence a été très réactive pour essayer de nous venir en aide : c’est apprécié.

Oporto Rental Management was created in 2015 of the combination of the main passions of its founders: the city of Porto and its cultural characteristics; the architecture and decoration; the gastronomy and photography and, above all, the contact with different cultures. The project is based on the support and guidance of property owners located in the center of the city who want to direct their homes to the tourism market. It also involves the design and decoration of these same spaces, giving them a unique identity that translates into the extremely positive reaction of our guests.
