I really enjoyed my stay here. The underground parking garage made me feel safe getting in late, and the overall complex is very well kept. The bed is super comfy, the kitchen has all the essential tools, and it was great to have laundry machines in-unit. On the few days of sun, I enjoyed sitting out on the deck. While I had a little hiccup at check in, Peter was super responsive over text and quickly answered all other questions I had through the rest of my stay. The complex was nice and quiet at night, and the blackout curtains are great. My only suggestions would be to add some drawer space into the closet, and make a concise book/document with all the info you need about the property (where to take the trash, how to get into the gym, the mail policy etc) instead of having to text him all these questions. While it is quite a hike back uphill, the restaurants nearby with the U of W Tacoma campus are super convenient. I would highly recommend for any extended or short stays in the Tac

Peter is a great host, didn’t really get the chance to meet him personally but his instructions through the AirBnb messages were very informative, loved the room, although he was strict on some rules, I still had a great time. It’s okay to be strict, I totally understand. It’s his place and he’s letting random strangers borrow it for a price, always be respectful.

Great location. Walking distance to the convention center. Nice to have the option to add on a garage space for a small fee. Cozy and well equipped space.

A great place to rest after checking out Tacoma. The whole process went smoothly and it was like staying in my own apartment back home but nicer.
