Everything was good not crazy about on street parking as street was fairly busy

Stayed with a bunch of people for 2 nights, we spent the last day cleaning the place. We cleaned the kitchen, did the dishes and all made the beds. The only thing we couldn’t do is mop or anything like that because there wasn’t any mops available, not that we dirtied the place up enough to need one. After we checked out he tried to get an extra $200 for a cleaning fee. After I didn’t respond to him for a few days he changed his request to $375 because he found a couple scratches on floor, which I don’t believe would have been caused by our visit. For the price to stay here, you might as well get a hotel so you don’t have to be jerked around for weeks afterwards, at least they’ll clean your room for you.

Needed a place to stay basically for sleeping, and this was perfect. Simple, not much to the space but was a safe and clean place to lay our heads for a weekend conference. Host was great to work with from start to finish.

Older home with nice woodwork. Accurately depicted (+ coffee table). Easy late check-in and good communication. No thrills but worked for a place to sleep and shower. Resident’s items in the open, closets, hutch and refrigerator. Paper signs placed over cabinets and doors explaining what is not part of Air B&B. Could use a table and chairs in unfurnished living area. Priced high for what it is. Good location to downtown, river and EAA.

Everything about the place was accurately depicted in the photos and description. Good location. Everything worked. We checked in late and without issue.
