Great stay at Arthur’s. Checkin was smooth and everything met expectations

My husband and I stayed at this location and had some challenges falling asleep because of the noise from the tenants above us. Other than needing some upgrades, great location/potential. Overall our stay was okay.

La casa estaba ubicada en un lugar tranquilo , lo primero al entrar a la casa un olor muy fuerte a humedad , muchas baldosas rotas en la cocina y baño . Los muebles de la sala no estaban cómodos y me decepcionó mucho el baño tenía el olor a orina ,pelos en la ducha y el ventilador del baño completamente empolvado; las cabeceras de las camas también empolvadas . En la habitación con 2 camas debajo de una de las camas pude ver lo sucio que estaba hasta había un biberón que no se que tiempo estaría ahí. Lo positivo es el espacio de la casa , no tuve problemas con la ventilación , la cocina estaba equipada , salvo que encontré una sartén sucia guardada y la mesa del comedor pegajosa . Encontrar kcup de café ☕️ estuvo bien y la piscina genial . Como observación el día que uno se va queda corto el tiempo para lavar toallas y ropa de cama ya que se debe salir a las 10 am., es el primer airbn que encuentro con estas condiciones. La comunicación con Arthur estuvo bien respondió mis preguntas .

As soon as we entered the place, there was a very strong smell which was very noticeable. We had to open all the windows for a few hours and spray room fresheners and yet the smell didn’t completely go away. The linens were on the top of the beds so we had to make the bed ourselves. We noticed there were multiple stains on the pillows and bed and the bedsheets didnt smell fresh either so we had to wash the bedsheets before we could put them on the beds for our satisfaction. There were no shampoo/ conditioners etc. which was okay but there was no handsoaps in the bathroom either so we had to go to the store to get all of them right away . The towels were also stained. The expectation of the guests to wash the towels and bedsheets and put them on the bed before leaving while the chekout time is 10 am seemed unrealistic. This is the first time we experienced this in any Airbnb. The sofabed is not at all comfortable to sleep on. Suggestion: Please do better.
