Sally was very responsive and even checked with the cleaner to let us in an hour early. It was easy to find, though we were unclear about the location of the lock box - it's outside the main gate, not near the unit itself (which makes sense, but the gate was open when we arrived so it didn't occur to us it would be there). The box springs were exposed on all the beds and some quite dingy, so that wasn't pleasant. Also, air conditioning is not listed as an amenity but keep in mind it can get hot during the day. There are large fans.

- easy to access - easy to find location - clear instruction - Sally was able to respond fast - UNFORTUNATELY the house wasn’t cleaned properly as one bed room was filled with webs , bugs on the ceiling & ground & I was quite disappointed as it looked run down - I didn’t feel like the price matched for staying only one night & considering one room was filthy which made me feel uncomfortable about the rest of the house being filthy - overall it was ok

We have utilised Sally's place a few times now. Very flexible and accommodating with our, sometimes, last minute requests and requirements. Very helpful. Place is always clean and immaculate
