Clean is an understatement. Smelled great walking in, linens, kitchen and bathroom were spotless! Cold water in fridge was a great touch after a long drive.

Loved my stay at Karen’s place. Everything in the listing is exactly how it looked in person and she was very responsive whenever I needed something. She was also nice enough to push back my checkout when I needed it. Highly recommend the stay.

Karen was an awesome host. Everything was as described and pictured. She was proactive on providing arrival instructions well in advance. Provided local recommendations based on our specific questions. The only thing surprising to us was the space is MUCH larger than the pictures make it seem. Parking and accesses to the suite is super easy. We loved the space and the surrounding area. So much to do and see! Super peaceful and safe neighborhood. Lots of green space and parks near by. Internet provided is lightning fast for both work and streaming if needed. This was our first stay in a suite within the hosts home. Karen was respectful of our space as we were hers. This suite felt more like home than a suite within someone else's home. Many hosts could take note from Karen! Thanks again for everything this weekend. We would love to stay again when back in the area!

Karen was very responsive and accommodating. The place was really peaceful and private. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed the stay. We will book the place again when we go back to Cincinnati.
