A pristine house with lots of nice touches (it actually looks nicer, more updated, than the photos). Has everything for a family. We don't have infants but there was a pak n' play, and other things such as bibs and plates/utensils just for babies. We have kids and they loved the craft art supplies (markers, paper, coloring books) available to them. There are games as well. Everything is tastefully appointed, the kitchen has every kind of kitchen appliance, utensil. Foodwise there is oil, salt, vinegar, pepper, as well as coffee pods. The beds were super comfortable. The house felt private and in a very quiet neighborhood. About a 10 minute walk into town, which has some nice restaurant and dessert options; and about a 20 minute walk to the Harbor, which was nice. A 5 minute walk to the train station to Manhattan, and about a 45-minute ride on the train to Grand Central. Lily was a great host. A great place for our family to stay!!

If you are looking for a homey place that is convenient for a family trip to NY, this is the place. Beautiful place with a fully stocked kitchen. We spent Easter here and as a cook, I had everything I needed. Lillian was a dream and couldn't have been more responsive. While it was just my husband and me, this is a perfect place to bring the kids with even a pack and play and dishes for the little kiddos. We will definitely be back! The ratings I read in advance were not overstated!

While we were on our trip it rained so hard that flooding occurred on our 2nd day!! The basement flooded and broke the washing machine and put out the pilot light on the water heater. Our host did all she could to make things fair and comfortable in spite of this! While things weren’t perfect during our stay she was easy to get a hold of and had things fixed ASAP. She was very apologetic and customer service oriented. I would 100% recommend staying here because of her service and commitment to our comfort and fairness. The place was walkable to the train station and some good restaurants. The house is clean and stocked with comforts of home. Parking available in driveway but street parking was almost always packed! Overall great stay even with all our issues!! :)

Beautiful, clean and newly remodeled large kitchen! My family and I had a great time staying here. Very close to restaurants, shopping and groceries. Walking distance to Enzo's Italian restaurant...delicious and cozy setting!! Lillian is very responsive to messages. Quiet neighborhood and you have private parking for 2-3 cars...very convenient!! We will stay here again.
