Have fun with the whole family at our recently renovated modern home in Båstad that is 450 meters from the beautiful Båstad beach. Our home features three large bedrooms, a gorgeous fire place, two outside entertaining areas, a very large dining space that flows into a spacious lounge area and newly installed modern appliances. We have a large garden and a BBQ ready for use. There is space for two cars, and we are walking distance from public transport. You will have a lovely time in our home. This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. It does not have a camera and does not record sound.

We really liked Sofia's vacation home. Almost the entire house felt freshly renovated and we immediately felt at home. We particularly liked the modern Scandinavian furnishings with the great fireplace. The new box-spring beds with the very large comforters were also a dream. We can only recommend the spacious atmosphere and the large house with the open kitchen-living room. Many thanks to the owners! We really enjoyed the trip

Check in war super, wir konnten ein paar Stunden früher in die Unterkunft. Super aus gestattete, auch die Küche u. Waschküche. Sehr schöne ruhige Gegend, Strand in Fuß nähe. Garten und Terrasse war top. Kleiner Minuspunkt waren die Bäder die nicht zu dem sehr hohen Standard des restlichen Hauses passen. Aber trotzdem noch völlig okay sind.

A good place to stay, but be prepared to have camera devices in each room including the bedroom. The owner claims they don't record video, however from the manufacturer's description it's clear that the devices can record video. The rest was great, good value for the money if you don't care about CCTV in your rooms.

Our home is located in a quiet part of Båstad, and walking distance to "Ham on Rye" Bageri (cafe). Whilst we are close to supermarkets and restaurants, and the famous Båstad Nordea Tennis Open, we are located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with no through traffic. We are walking distance to the scenic Båstad beach and a short drive or bike ride to Halmstad, Melbystrand, and Torekov. Fresh meats, seafood, and vegetables are available at the local Ladan i Boarp market, where there is plenty of local delicatessen, and specialisted food stalls.
Our beautiful home is 450m from the famous Bästad beach, less than 2km from two large super markets, less than 5km from the Båstad Nordea Tennis Open, and close to several family-friendly restaurants. We are one hour drive from Malmö, and less than two hours' drive from Goteborg and Copenhagen.
