I loved it there it was very peaceful and more like home. Janelle and Ross was very sweet and thoughtful, responsive , and was quick to answer any questions you have about the cottage. Due to it being my birthday they had a birthday card on the table as I entered the dining area when I first game in and when I sat downstairs to watch the television I noticed it was a happy birthday up for my birthday super sweet of them right. Also they were helpful with everything the cottage was nice and clean. If I’m in the area I will definitely contact them the cottage was an A + in my book.

The day we arrived it was raining very heavily. Me and my family were so relieved when we pulled up to the house and there was a porte cochere. We were so thankful that we were able to unload all of luggage without getting wet! From the moment we walked into the cabin we felt right at home! It was very welcoming and so clean. The surrounding was so beautiful and it was such a great mini family vaycay! The town lake lure and chimney rock were just right down the road. It was less than 10 min to get to chimney rock state park and the chimney rock village! Both Janelle and Ross gave very clear instructions on everything the cabin provided and were very attentive in asking if there was anything me and my family needed during our stay. Overall this cabin was in such a great location and, it was so homey and cozy me and my family would come back again in a heartbeat! Thank you again Janelle and Ross for allowing us to stay in this gem!

I stayed at Janelle and Ross’ place with my husband, cousin and nephew. This was a quiet getaway in between the holidays. Everything, from the booking, check in, communication, responsiveness, and check out was perfect. We mostly had communication with Janelle and she was very responsive to every question we had. She also had recommendations for Chimney Rock (about 8 min away) and Asheville (about 45 min away). The most important factor for us was the cleanliness, everything was impeccable. Highly recommend!
