Adam and his family were wonderful and generous hosts!
Adams place is absolutely amazing! It is a big compound, within trees and feels like staying in a small park. The rooms are clean and the people on site are always helpful. If you want a place in Kampala, which is still quiet and calm - i 100% recommend this place to stay at, no matter if it’s just a short stay or for long term! I wish i stayed longer. Thank you Adam and the team on site for everything and creating such a cozy, peaceful place! :)

Adam’s place is an eclectic gathering of international people with the charm of getting to know him and his family as well. It is in a beautiful area and our family was very nicely accommodated.

Our home is a one-acre forested plot high on Makindye Hill with wonderful views at day and night. Guests are welcome to use the badminton/volleyball court or throw garden parties on the grass and play croquet, or use the outdoor pizza oven. The kitchen is shared and meals are often taken on the verandahs. Your fellow guests will be a mix of visitors, often interns and professionals in Ugandan companies or voluntary organizations. There are plenty of private spaces for yourself to share with your personal friends, and also opportunity to share with other guests.
