We are located near Weligama, on Sri Lanka's dramatic southern coast, and a 45-minute’ drive from Galle. We have a long oceanfront and our sandy beach is mostly deserted. Weligama is the most renowned southern surfing destination in Sri Lanka, and nearby beaches such as Mirissa, Ahangama and Midigama also offer great waves for surfers of all abilities.
Other local activities close to us include snorkelling, diving, kayaking, bicycle trails, whale watching, tea plantation tours, yoga, stand up paddle boarding, Koggala Lake boat trips and walks around Galle Fort. Many more activities can be advised and arranged on request.
From Weligama it's easy to day trip to Sinharaja Rainforest, Yala National Park (for leopard safaris) and Udawalawe National Park (for elephant safaris).

We can arrange all transfers to/from the hotel by car/van or seaplane. The easiest way to get around locally is by tuk tuk. Buses stop on the main Galle-Matara highway (400-metres away) and our nearest railway station is Weligama.
