Tecia’s place was great for what I needed it. There were some little roaches here and there but considering the area it’s kind of inevitable. But spray was provided but other than that the place was comfortable and I enjoyed it.

Great location! And the view! OMG, we dit’ regret renting this apartment! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, spa, massage, nails… we would recommend this place. The ONLY thing is that if you’re two people and one only wants to go out, the main guest who gave the ID HAS to be there too, otherwise they can’t get in..

The building has great amenities, great staff and great views. The neighborhood is a vibrant and lively part of Makati. The unit is as described, good for a long stay. Other reviews have note roaches, but they’re an issue with the building, not the unit. Just be mindful of leaving food out overnight. The building’s staff is attentive and friendly. The security staff is firm but warm.

Neutral review. The check in process was very confusing. She does not list the proper check-in instructions in the listing. Instead, she private messages you then asks you to pay a deposit and provide your identification so they can create a keycard. This process will be fine if it was included in the listing. However it is not included in the listing. So if you do not check your messages on Airbnb… be prepared to wait for your keycard after check in. When I arrived the toilet was broken. The toilet was promptly fixed upon my request. The owner was very responsive and attentive. The checkin process and toilet were an issue, however the owner was extremely communicative and responsive. No hot water on my second day (2/2). Be prepared for cold showers. The couch also had cockroaches on it. Apparently this is normal for makati. Idk. —- The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a long time. The bed is very very comfortable. Neutral review
