Our stay at Villa Aribella was fantastic and memorable. Ashwin was responsive and gave clear instructions on what to expect. He also arranged a great cook who cooked nice homely meals as per our tastes and preferences, he also helped with cab options. The property is exactly as it appears in photos. full marks there! Arun and Kalai the caretakers of the property were extremely polite and met all our needs during the stay, helping out with groceries and providing extra mattresses. The property is a bit remote in a village and yet not far from Pondicherry, providing much needed respite from the crowds. People preferring peace and tranquil surroundings will love this place. The pool was the star attraction of the property. we loved splashing about in the pool. they also had ball, floatees and other pool stuff, which was very useful for our family with kids.

The property is very well constructed and is a great getaway for someone who wants to get peace and unwind in a private setting. The property is clean, staff helpful and overall has all amenities you might need for the weekend. The pool is nice and the host Ashwin is very responsive. They also have a provision for a Barbeque that they can host if informed in advance. If you’re looking to be slightly away from the hustle bustle of Pondi and want to relax is a nice private space, this is for you! Do make sure you have a private vehicle as public transport can be a chalenge here.

Ashwin was always available to answer the queries before and after the booking.place was easy to find.pictures doesnot do justice.place looks much more prettier than in the picture.very clean too.12 of our friends had a blast staying there and using the pool.island kitchen concept was really good.looking forward to come back for next stay.Host arranged a surprise cake as it was a birthday .very thoughtful and much appreciated!

Ashwin' property is absolutely divine. It was beautiful to spend 2 days there. We were a group of 13 adults with 2 kids. Had an amazing, rejuvenating time in the pool & at the property. The attention to detail & the way the house is done up, is so good. From the Espresso machine to the huge fridge, everything was super cool. Really loved it. Someone with real classy taste has worked on it. Our family from Dubai & everyone else just loved the time spent there. Arun, the caretaker & his wife were so helpful & always hands-on. There were just a call away. Ashwin also sounded super enthusiastic always & informed us about all necessary details about the property. Since, we were traveling with a big family, I was lil worried about food, location & other things. But Ashwin was always helpful & approachable.Five star for the property & people handling it. Super content :-) Lil things that can be worked on- 1)Just couple of things can be worked on. The lunch we had asked for, the day we arrived was a mess. I thought when Ashwin suggested, meals, it would be served on a platter, for some reason (my bad) It came in all small packets & lot of food was wasted. Probably, you can have a menu on the house, that Arun & his wife can cook, that can be part of the in house-menu (for those who wish to eat at the property) 2) Also, bbq by the pool was great. Portions were amazing & meat was great. Its just the marination used were same for all the meat. Some kind of variety would be appreciated, since we had paneer to chicken to seafood to mutton. Also, mutton lil dry & chewy. 3) Can do with a bigger dining table & chairs. Al least 6-8 chairs. That's all. Its a wrap on Aribella villa for now. Until next time :-)
