My family and I stayed here over New Year’s Eve and had an amazing time! The place was spotless, the home was beautiful, and the view was breathtaking… Sean called around a week or so before our stay to give us a detailed map on how to get there. During our conversation I learned that the home was within the National Forest trails. We ended up bring our 16 foot trailer and two ATV’s. Sean personally met us to show us another way to get there to accommodate our trailer. I would give this place 10 stars if I could for the customer service alone! Thank you Sean for your amazing customer service, we will definitely be back! Rob & Mary

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect trip during Christmas. The host was great and extremely responsive. He went above and beyond to give detailed instructions to make things all around easy, especially with directions and a detailed photo map to the house! I would recommend only bringing cars with 4W or AWD as its steep terrain up the mountains and my car without 4W/AWD got stuck. The views of the mountains behind the home are gorgeous and the home itself is beautiful, roomy, and very clean. We would love to come back here again some time and recommend any to stay here any time of the year!

UNBELIEVABLE! Is the word I would use if I could only choose 1. The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive, accommodating, etc. The list would go on and on about the experience we had staying at Poderosa Place. The hosts thought of everything......literally everything. Everything was labeled in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room, and there were cute little signs everywhere talking about the property and reminding us of things we should and should not be doing (i.e. - Don't water the plants, only flush T.P., how to operate the Keurig, etc.). The game room in the basement was a great surprise, however we were enjoying the beautiful views outdoors as much as possible. The last few miles of the drive can be a challenge depending on the conditions of the road, however if you embrace it like I did, you can really have some fun with it. I would definitely recommend a truck/SUV with 4 wheel drive. If you have the means to get there, I would highly recommend it.

Amazing property, beautiful house. Host did a great job communicating with guests about property details and helpful tips/tricks. Only negative was the drive up to the house, views at the house 100% worth it.

Great place to stay with great views. It’s peaceful & everything you need was provided. The only thing I didn’t enjoy as much was the dirt road leading to the home. You have to drive slow but the views & the peacefulness make it all worth it. Sean was responsive and he even met us to show us how to get to the house. Would definitely go back!
