Eric was a great host! The location was serene and very private. The lake was gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Out if all the excite of things our family did in Alaska, my daughter's favorite time was staying in this air bnb. They loved jumping into the lake, paddle boarding canoeing. Playing games and looking out the beautiful window. There was plenty of space!! And even Loons singing to each other early in the morning and at dusk. And some lions scolding us when we got too close to the island. It was right near his house that we saw our first moose grazing. Lovely stay.

Eric was an amazing host, very helpful and welcoming. “The Perch” is an ideal spot to relax and use as a base camp for local fishing and far exceeded our expectations! Very private and neatly kept.

Peaceful and clean, well-appointed with everything we needed for a short stay. Eric was super-responsive, friendly and very flexible. We added a night on to our stay, we were enjoying ourselves so much! We cooked up a trout we caught in the lake, and breakfast every morning; the kitchen had everything we needed! (Cubby’s IGA is just down the road!) Everyone had a private place to sleep, in comfortable beds. 3 full baths was also a huge bonus! The heater in the main room worked great to take the chill out of the night air. We were even able to do laundry after a long float-fishing day in the rain! Would highly recommend!
