在这里入住，房东Victor非常热情，也非常乐于助人，如果有任何需要可以直接和Victor讲。让人回到了家的感觉。而且房间的装修很新，装修风格非常洁净，里面的一切设施都非常方便，卫生间厨房也都非常干净。从这里去到旧金山和南旧金山都非常方便。

New, clean unit. Good use of available space. Main downside is significant noise, and minimal airflow. Construction at the home probably averaging every other day for the first two months of my stay was unexpected. We dealt with it, but I think this should have been clearly disclosed. Also important for anyone looking, the AC in the main bedroom does not work when the AC is on in the host’s living area upstairs. AC isn’t too important in SF but given the lack of airflow it turned out to be a big deal. Yet we managed since the one in the second bedroom is basically cold enough for the entire apartment - assuming you don’t need privacy and can leave both bedroom doors open. Would have liked to give a perfect review, the property is clean, new, and Victor is a nice host, responsive to text messages. Construction also tapered off in the last month, which was a relief. Recommend, w noted caveats.

Apartamento en excelentes condiciones, acogedor, impecable aseo. Me sentí muy satisfecho con la estancia por la excelente comunicación con el Sr. Victor quien siempre estuvo pendiente a cualquier situación que se requiera, también por su amabilidad y cordialidad nos sentimos en un ambiente familiar.
