Stayed here for 2 nights on our way back to the airport after a stay further north. The house was clean, with plenty of space for our family. We really liked the outdoor areas and made good use of the covered dining area in the rain! The sauna was great. Everything you could need is provided and we enjoyed our stay here. Reidar answered all our queries and kindly hired his boat to us which we had great fun in and spotted seals basking on the rocks. It was easy to find with clear instructions and although it was an easy lock box entry, it was also nice to meet Reidar who gave us a warm welcome. There is a supermarket in Ostereidet and we had a good meal at Ostereidet Kro - about 10-15 mins drive from the house. It was about 50 minutes to drive into Bergen and the area is very peaceful with lovely views over the water. Thank you!

Very big apartment, nice and maintained, had everything you need. The landscapes and views are ones of the most beautiful I’ve seen. Reidar is a wonderful host and offered to pick me up by car because I didn’t have one available to reach the place. Definitely recommend if you need some days of peace and relax.
