Simple room with just what you need for a stay. Comfortable bed and great bathroom. The neighbor’s dog barks in the evening but seems to get quiet by bedtime. We could hear the traffic on the highway but it is not too bad. Rick is a great host and very responsive. Room has plenty of space to move around and not feel too cozy. This is our second time to stay and it was better than the first. Would definitely stay again.

Rick's place was as described. It was clean and as advertised. Bed sheets and towels were also very clean. Rick's location had plenty of street parking and it was a safe and quiet neighborhood. Very close to Sea World and not too much of a drive to Fiesta Texas and the Alamo. Would definitely stay here again!

Rick is very responsive and friendly. He was quick to answer any questions and very friendly. His place is exactly was I was looking for: quiet, clean, and safe. Highly recommend. Thank you very much Sir, I'll look you up whenever I return to San Antonio!

Was very nice staying at Rick’s home, very clean, good vibes at the home, and super communicative. I felt safe at Rick’s and will definitely stay here again! This was my first airbnb and was the best experience!!
