This beautiful, beachfront, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo at the Villa Capriani Resort features all the amenities to make your vacation memorable! - Top Floor Gorgeous Ocean Views - 4 pools with waterfalls - 2 hot tubs - BEACH! This beautiful, top-floor, beach view, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condominium at the Villa Capriani Resort features all the amenities that will make your vacation memorable, relaxing, and special. The property features a beautiful, tile foyer to shake off the sand from a long day at the beach or store the kid's toys. The huge master bedroom includes a King bed overlooking the beach through a large picture window. A TV, and a private bath, are all the rooms you need to comfortably relax. The 2nd bedroom includes two sets of bunk bed that sleeps 5 (upper twin, lower full, and a twin over twin! In the kitchen and living room; the nicely-decorated, open floor plan leaves plenty of space to spread out, but facilitates a relaxing environment that invites you to visit and catch up! The condo has a full kitchen, bar area & 6-place table for meal time. A flat-screen TV with cable is included in a living area that has plenty of comfy couches & chairs. There is direct balcony access right from the living room, making the morning cup of coffee, or evening drink all the more enjoyable. Villa Capriani is a family-friendly resort that offers tennis courts, four pools, two hot tubs, a pool/oceanfront snack bar, waterfalls, a restaurant, and a lounge. The grounds are beautifully kept, making the (ridiculously!) short walk to the beach or poolside all the more enjoyable. Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There are tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones! Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium, & Restaurants! Perfect to check out on a rainy down day.

This resort was lovely. The room itself was very nice as well, as photographed. The elevator to our building was out of service for at least a week (still OOS when we left). This particular unit is the furthest possible walk from the main entrance/elevator. This caused a major burden when trying to get around with my elderly mother who we booked the vacation for as a Mothers Day gift. Also, note that the patio/ocean view is west facing so no sunrises from the patio, however the sunrises from the beach were gorgeous ! I really have no complaints about the room or resort but the elevator not working would have been a deal breaker when I booked had I known. Very disappointed with the responses so far.
Fantastic place with easy access to the non crowded side of the beach, even during Memorial Day weekend!! Loved the place with beautiful pools!!
The resort was very nice, well-appointed, and family friendly. Our unit was extremely clean, quiet and restful. We will absolutely return to enjoy the accommodations, scenery, and serenity.
