Tamta’s apartment was perfect for a long weekend in Tbilisi. The location is very central and you can get to most attractions within a 15 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. As other reviews noted, it can be loud on weekend nights as the bedroom windows face a street lined with restaurants and bars, but we knew to expect that and brought earplugs that allowed us to sleep great. I recommend and would stay here again.

We stayed there for 10 days, and I need more. Tamta was very nice and replied to all our questions in just a second! Thank you for that! Apartment is just as in photos and very clean. You have everything you need there. Not just one but 3 hairdryers, 2 irons, every plate that you will possibly need, even the lime squeezer! If you want to live in Old Tbilisi, you have to stay there. It will worth every penny. Apartment is just a nice addition to all great and happy memories that ypu make. Everything was amazing! Definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful and cosy, very spacious apartment. Perfect location for walks in city center and lots of restaurants around. Great communication with the owner. There were two things that were tricky however. Water in shower had very unstable temperature and would turn from hot to cold in seconds. And as mentioned in some reviews before, closeness of pubs with not so soundproof windows was problematic. Bedrooms face street with clubs and on Friday and Saturday it was impossible to sleep until 4 am. I would guess if someone travels without kids and also goes out late at night, it won’t be much of a problem.

Excellent stay. Great location ideally located in the heart of Tbilisi. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. A little bit noisy with kids as restaurants are located right outside the bedrooms windows. But it worse this sacrifice if you want such a great location.
