Matt was an attentive host communicating via emails from start to finish. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was essential having the off-street parking. If required I will be booking this apartment again.

This apartment suited us well; we have family living nearby. The actual apartment was well stocked in terms of crockery, linen and all the basics (including tea and coffee) and was clean and cosy. The bed was comfortable and the area was surprisingly quiet overnight (even on a Friday!) - and this with two public houses nearby; we slept well with no disturbance. It was also good value for money. There is a small shop very close by selling all the basics and local shops in Brislington, as well as cafes, a short walk away. During the day, while out walking, we noticed that there were some building renovations going on nearby, but this did not disturb us. The directions and instructions provided by Matt and his team were first rate, as was their response rate to any query I posted. So, a very good stay for us. Thank you!

Dos amigos y yo pasamos un fin de semana en esta propiedad y la verdad no tenemos quejas! El espacio era perfecto para nosotros tres, el agua de la tina salía siempre caliente, y no nos hizo falta nada! Además, es perfecto para los que les gusta salir a trotar o a hacer bici para despejar la mente como a mí, pues la zona es muy tranquila, poco transitada y muy segura! Sí recomiendo el lugar :)

The apartment was large and comfortable and had everything I needed. I enjoyed having a bath in the well-decorated bathroom. Would definitely recommend staying.
