Beautiful home in a peaceful , quiet neighborhood. Perfect deck for relaxing and enjoying all the wildlife. Cat was a great host with many helpful recommendations and excellent communication.
Family and I had a great time and a wonderful Christmas vacation at Cats Place. Communication was excellent, and the home was clean. we had an amazing time visiting Durango, Silverton, and Ouray. Wolf Creek and Pagosa Springs. Cat was a great host.
Cat is a wonderful host. Very responsive and gave excellent local recommendations on places to visit, things to do and restaurants to try.

What a wonderful home and location. We had a family of deer visit for quite a while right outside the kitchen window. The house is beautifully designed with lots of light and window views. Cat was a very friendly host with great communication. Highly recommend!

Bayfield is the hub to SO MANY activities! Durango 20 minutes away, Pagosa Springs 45 minutes away, Vallecito and Lemon Lake within 10 minutes and Weminuche wilderness trailheads close to that.
Getting around
Have a 4WD in the winter to get anywhere you need to be. Driveway is a bit steep.
