We loved our stay at this apartment and would definitely come back the next time we are in Como. We were a family of four and a little baby and there was plenty of space and peaceful environment perfect for our little one. The stand out features for us were - - Apartment was fantastically clean, I would say that it’s cleaner than some hotels I have stayed in. - private outside car park, very secure and safe. - spacious, peaceful and even more modern then I expected. Local supermarket - 5 minute walk away. - Host was easily contactable and always helpful. - location was perfect for us, 15 minute walk into the main centre of Como. - Two restaurants 2 minute walk away if you have a day of rain. One great pizzeria and the other a steak and burger restaurant. We went to both and enjoyed both.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé dans cet appartement idéalement situé à proximité du centre historique de Côme, au pied de plusieurs restaurants. Les instructions pour l'accès étaient très complètes ce qui a facilité notre arrivée. L'appartement est contemporain, confortable et propre. il est situé dans une résidence moderne et calme ;le plus reste la place de parking réservée qui est un vrai atout dans cette zone. Notre famille a passé un excellent moment et nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Excellent modern property in Como. 3 beds and large kitchen / lounge with terrace. Private parking as well which made life very easy. 5 min walk to the supermarket and 10 min walk to the centre of Como. Highly recommended.
