For liability reasons, we can only allow the number of guests confirmed in the reservation on the property at any time during your stay (maximum 16 guests). Quiet hours are between 11pm-9am. And, for everyone's safety, there are two security cameras on the outside of the house. Any tinkering or manipulating of these cameras will cause your trip to be canceled immediately and without a refund.

Nice place would like to comeback here for the next office visit too
Overall our stay was good. There are 2 house next to each other both were nice, clean and clutter free. It’s on the main road so you can hear the traffic and train noise at night but parking was at the back so it was safe for little kids to get in and out. Both had 1 full washroom so it’s good for a family of 4 but for more people it might get inconvenient even though it has enough rooms to accommodate 6 people comfortably. It was close to peach street which has all the amenities and shopping and there were restaurants close by within 7 mins drive. Also access to highway was convenient. Overall our stay was smooth and nice. Really liked the place beautifully designed and rooms were spacious. Will book again.

Erie is located on the south shore of Lake Erie and is named for the Native American Erie people who lived in the area until the mid-17th century. It is the fourth largest community in Pennsylvania. Many of the houses were built prior to World War II, making it one of the older and more historic cities in the country.
Over four million people visit Erie during the summer months for recreation at Presque Isle State Park, as well as attractions like Waldameer & Water Park.
Erie is also known as the "Flagship City" because of its status as the home port of Oliver Hazard Perry's flagship Niagara which was used in the War of 1812 and Battle of Lake Erie.
Our home is located in the Bayfront District of Erie, PA. The area includes restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, wooden boat building, concerts, and other activities.
Erie is very much a driving town with tons of parking everywhere. If you don't have a car, there is Uber and Lyft which are easy to come by in our area. If you do have a car, free on-site parking is available for 4 cars in the driveway.
