Great stay for a few days in upstate NY. Close to a lot, and in a nice neighborhood. Would definitely come back.

Suited our needs well. Eric was prompt and polite and the surroungings were quiet and peaceful. There were stores and small businesses within walking distance. Much thanks for a wonderful stay.

First off sorry for the delay on the review. We had an amazing visit and Eric was a great host. The place was spotless and the description was very accurate. Eric was extremely easy to reach, communicate with and very responsive to any needs/questions we had. We had planned this visit as we had moved away from the area in August, 2022 and wanted to visit friends and family and it did not disappoint. I also have my own business and was able to do that as well visiting area libraries and summer camps which was fantastic. The location was perfect for us as well since we had lived in the Malta/Ballston Spa area. Not sure what else I can say other than we are planning to visit again next summer and are very hopeful we can work with Eric again. Thank you again Eric for helping us have a fantastic visit/summer in upstate NY. Already looking forward to next year!
